Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed once payment had been made. However, if experiencing a high volume of orders the processing time will be longer than usual but not more than a day. The customer will be informed of the exact ship-out date. If changes to the delivery date customer will be notified as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimate
*The above estimation of delivery time should only be treated as a reference but not exact and does not include transportation accidents that happen during delivery.

Shipment Confirmation and Order’s Tracking
Customer will receive their delivery order and be able to track the status of their parcel after ship-out.

Shipping Cancellation
After the parcel had been ship-out, shipping cancellation or rescheduling the delivery date will be charged with extra fees.

Damages
When there is damage to the product or parcel, the customer should notify the merchant with evidence provided. The case will be raised with the logistic partner and provide the customer with a solution.

Refund
A full refund can be made if the parcel is damaged however, evidence should be provided by the customer to the merchant. This can be a video or a photo of the damaged parcel. The merchant has the right to ask for a description of the damaged product and request more evidence.

The Refund can also be requested when the customer is not satisfied with our product but this is subjectable to merchant decisions. The customer can provide evidence description of unsatisfactory during raising a refund case.
