Preparation of Orders
Orders will be prepared after payment is made. Minimum of 2 days is required to prepare the orders before it is shipped to customer.
Customer able to choose the preferred ship-out date during checkout and usually it will arrived to customer on the next day of ship-out date (Excluding Sunday).
Freeze Products
Freeze products will be shipped via cold chain transport (freezer truck). Our professional logistic partner able to deliver to whole West Malaysia regions.
For the Klang Valley area, we have a personal delivery driver in case the customer requests delivery on the same day (upon request).
Dehydrated and Treats
Dehydrated and Treats will be shipped via standard logistic services to whole West Malaysia and customers will receive their purchase items within 2-3 working days.
Customer able to enjoy Free Shipping when purchasing above or RM40 on Dehydrated and Treats ONLY.
Below RM40 customer will be charge RM10 for shipping fees
Dehydrated and Treats will be shipped together using cold chain transport (freezer truck) when purchase together with Freeze products.
